Sugar Bowl Resort is on the lookout for friendly and energetic Guest Services Agents to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for our guests, whether it's selling lift tickets, rentals, and Ski & Board School lessons, helping reunite lost items at our Lost & Found, or sharing insider tips on the best ways to enjoy the mountain. Our Guest Services team is all about creating unforgettable first impressions and delivering top-notch support throughout the guest journey. Sugar Bowl Resort has been proudly independent for over 80 years and is one of the oldest ski resorts in California. Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. This special community helped bring skiing to "sunny California" since December 1939. Since then, it continues to attract adventurous winter sports enthusiasts a like.
Who you are Excellent communication skills Ability to learn the ticket selling computer system, product line up and pricing Some computer experience preferred A strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tacks at once Must be fluent in English This position requires a background check What you will do
Knowledge of tickets, rentals, lesson pricing, locations and meeting times Ability to sell all products through the computer system Assist with daily balancing Maintain a clean and organized work area Handel guest issues in a courteous and helpful manner Maintain a good working relationship with other departments Occasional snow removal (snow shoveling) Winter Benefits
