We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this Contract Full-Time position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage top tech professionals via job boards, social media, meetups, and networking events.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit.
Client Relationship Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver customized staffing solutions.
Market Research: Share insights on hiring trends, market demands, and salary benchmarks to inform clients and candidates.
Candidate Advocacy: Represent candidates professionally, highlighting their strengths and alignment with client needs.
Interview & Offer Support: Prepare candidates for interviews, guide salary negotiations, and ensure offer satisfaction.

MUST HAVE PROFICIENCY IN ASHBY SOFTWARE
• Proficiency in data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management practices.
• Experience with recruitment processes, such as job postings and candidate coordination.
• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
