The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the strategic growth of the practice, acting as a technical and thought leader in the market, and ensuring the delivery of complex, high-quality projects. This senior position requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the transportation industry, particularly in rail and transit, and a proven track record in business development, client engagement, and project leadership.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President include fostering long-term client relationships, leading business development efforts, and staying abreast of market trends to deliver innovative technical solutions. The role also involves providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team, mentoring staff, and promoting the organization's values and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a technical background in areas such as forecasting, operations planning, and project development, and the ability to manage high-profile projects with large, cross-functional teams.
