About the Role
Choice Home Warranty is seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist to support our executive and senior management teams. This role combines traditional front-desk responsibilities with administrative support tasks, playing a crucial part in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist employees, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors. Answer and direct calls through the central telephone system. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain inventory and organization of office supplies. Assist with employee data collection, new hire orientation, and onboarding processes. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
