Overview

Choice Home Warranty is seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist to support our executive and senior management teams. This role combines traditional front-desk responsibilities with administrative support tasks, playing a crucial part in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist employees, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors.
  • Answer and direct calls through the central telephone system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain inventory and organization of office supplies.
  • Assist with employee data collection, new hire orientation, and onboarding processes.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and the ability to work independently.

Job Details

  • Location: Sunrise, FL
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
