Overview
Choice Home Warranty is seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist to support our executive and senior management teams. This role combines traditional front-desk responsibilities with administrative support tasks, playing a crucial part in our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist employees, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors.
- Answer and direct calls through the central telephone system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain inventory and organization of office supplies.
- Assist with employee data collection, new hire orientation, and onboarding processes.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
Job Details
- Location: Sunrise, FL
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
