The Company is seeking an M&A and Business Transformation Lead, VP to serve as the global process owner for mergers and acquisitions and an Agile Consulting Lead for initiatives across global human resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end M&A process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, driving process standardization, and leading the integration of acquired businesses. This role demands a high level of collaboration with HR business partners, country heads, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership to program manage the M&A portfolio from due diligence to post-integration. Key responsibilities include designing and improving M&A processes, leading strategic Agile consulting engagements, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of M&A transactions and workforce integration.
Applicants must have 6-8 years' of experience in business consulting and transformation initiatives, with a focus on M&A and HR disciplines in a global context. The role requires expertise in complex program management, business acumen, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing, relationship management, and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Responsibilities also include managing the GHR M&A Playbook, conducting after-action reviews, and employing a consultative approach to Agile consulting engagements. The candidate should be adept at project management, with a proven track record in planning, stakeholder management, and risk management.
