Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This role will provide essential support to daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows across departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail; direct inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and maintaining office supplies.
Support office events, trainings, and projects as needed.
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for staff and visitors.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
