Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of data integration, analysis, and reporting for business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based queries, procedures, and reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor performance of existing databases and processes, making improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL (including writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and database management.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration best practices.
- Experience working in industries handling highly sensitive data (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance, government).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
