We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk responsibilities and supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and detail-oriented manner.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and documentation.
• Organize and file documents to ensure efficient retrieval and storage.
• Prepare and stuff envelopes for mailings and other correspondence.
• Manage incoming mail by sorting, distributing, and handling items as required.
• Operate a switchboard with 1-10 phone lines to direct calls to the appropriate individuals.• Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in operating a switchboard with 1-10 phone lines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.
• High level of professionalism and reliability.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
