We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and attentive experience.
• Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls promptly and routing them appropriately.
• Handle switchboard operations for up to 10 lines with efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Respond to inquiries and direct calls or messages to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and maintain smooth workflows.• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing switchboards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a welcoming demeanor at all times.
