We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting callers with scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments and offering accurate information. Responsibilities:
• Assist callers with scheduling their COVID-19 vaccine appointments in a detail-oriented and efficient manner.
