We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves assisting customers with scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments and providing accurate information in a meticulous and empathetic manner. As a long-term contract position, it offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist callers in scheduling appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding appointment processes and guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and sensitive information.
• Offer feedback to management regarding service challenges or customer concerns.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to customers as assigned to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Accurately input customer data and appointment details into the system.
• Stay updated on current policies and procedures to provide the most reliable assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a phone demeanor that reflects attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
