A Non-profit Organization in San Fernando, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Process all intakes, referral and inquiry calls related to waiver and community services.
• Assess all inquiries for service that come into the waiver; route appropriately.
• Maintain log of client intakes and waiting list.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Process and print acknowledgment letters to clients and apply postage.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Excel
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and administrative skills

Schedule/Shift:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PDT
• Fully onsite

800 Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.

Pay:

$20 - $22 (Dependent on experience)
