Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Receptionist located in Sugar Land, TX. The Legal Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and maintaining the reception area. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, assisting in the preparation of legal documents, and providing administrative support to the legal team. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette including handling a multi-line phone system
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Experience in a legal environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
