Manley Brautigam Bankston, PC is a well-established Estate & Trust Planning, Probate & Trust Administration, Tax Exempt Entities, Tax Planning & Controversies, Oil & gas, Business and Litigation firm committed to providing exceptional legal services with professionalism and integrity. We are currently seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, attorneys, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars

  • Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and court documents

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1–3 years of receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and law office procedures is a plus
