Electrician E2 Job at JRT Electric LLC in Manchester

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using various tools including ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects, including frame carpentry.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various environments.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field.
• E2 license required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints is essential.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Previous experience in maintenance person services is a plus but not required.
