Product Vision & Strategy - Support in creating, maintaining and communicating the product team vision in line with product group (PG) vision and strategy. Customer Focus - Represent the needs of the customer by leveraging market research and insights to understand evolving customer and market requirements, trends, rhythms and events. Translation & Collaboration - Collaborate with PGs, stakeholders, customers, and the development team to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items. Support the product owner in managing scope, requirements definition and prioritization activities. Investigate straightforward business situations to identify and analyze problems and opportunities. Collaborate with product colleagues and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and comprehensive test coverage. Support the product owner to develop acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules. Design, specify and execute test cases and scenarios to verify that systems, products and services meet acceptance criteria and deliver business benefits. Liaise with business and technology teams on release scheduling and communication of progress; conduct post-release reviews. Experience with call center related product management and with automation solutions to support agent interactions with customers. Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. 3+ years of relevant experience translating complex business problems into functional designs. High effectiveness working in cross-functional teams. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. Nice to have
