Business Design Lead Face to Face Solutions PMI U.S. This role supports in creating, maintaining and communicating the product team vision in line with product group (PG) vision and Strategy. The position focuses on translating business needs into actionable product requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions for B2B and B2C channels. Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy - Support in creating, maintaining and communicating the product team vision in line with product group (PG) vision and Strategy Customer Focus - Understand and support the Digital Product Owner to represent the needs of the customer: leverage market research and relevant insights to continually understand evolving customer and market requirements, trends, rhythms and events Translation & Collaboration - Collaborate with PGs, stakeholders, customers, and the development team to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items Support the product owner in managing scope, requirements definition and prioritization activities Investigates straightforward business situations to identify and analyze problems and opportunities Collaborates with product colleagues and stakeholders involved in the analysis, development and operation of products, systems or services to ensure accuracy and comprehensive test coverage Support the product owner to develop acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules Designs, specifies and executes test cases and scenarios to test that systems, products and services fulfil the acceptance criteria and deliver the predicted business benefits Liaises with business and technology teams on release scheduling and communication of progress. Conducts post-release reviews Designing B2B and B2C digital solutions Experience with retail related product management Who Were Looking For
