The role leads market strategy and understanding initiatives, guiding project design, analysis, and client guidance. This position acts as a project lead to clients, mentors junior team members, and helps grow Ipsos business with assigned clients. Responsibilities
Independently price and write full proposals of all types, with the goal of growing Ipsos business and presence with assigned clients. Develop a vision across the spectrum of client needs and connect the dots between projects; link projects, pull in other service lines, proactively share Ipsos capabilities, and support new business outreach. Provide internal process improvements, cross-sector education, and subject-matter expertise; mentor and train junior team members on best practices and career growth. Create an internal brand within Ipsos, establishing what the role is known for as an expert inside and outside Ipsos. Act as primary project lead to the client, overseeing more junior members and handling complex conversations around project design, analysis, and challenges. Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members on client interactions; manage project tasks, including survey development oversight, in-field challenges, and input to analysis planning and execution. Lead or co-lead final report writing and strategic client guidance; present findings. May manage one or more Account Managers/Senior Account Managers; oversee training schedules, daily guidance, supervision, and performance feedback. Serve as strategic leader for the project team and, in some cases, the client account team; assess opportunities and risks and balance client needs with Ipsos objectives. Qualifications
Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; ability to manage and delegate work effectively. Ability to oversee multiple projects and manage workload of direct reports; strong team leadership and mentoring experience. Creative thinking to align project resources inside or outside the immediate project team. Strong research consulting and analytic skills with strategic client thinking and growth mindset for Ipsos. Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to meet tight deadlines; strong client relationships; excellent written and verbal communication, plus interpersonal and presentation skills. Minimum of 7+ years of research experience; ideally at least 5 years on the supplier side. The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000. The final base salary will be determined based on location, experience, skills, knowledge, education, and certifications. What’s In It For You
