Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks within the construction environment.
Provide administrative support to the construction team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Operate multi-line phone systems to facilitate communication among team members and clients.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Maintain accurate records of project documentation and correspondence.
Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and QuickBooks management.
Prepare and distribute RFS and RFP information and ensure all safety paperwork and permits are on file.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office or clerical role in the commercial construction industry
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is desirable.
Procore or other construction software experience a plus!
