Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Our client is a successful private equity firm looking for a highly professional and motivated executive assistant to provide support to a growing team in their new Florida office. This is a dynamic role that provides direct exposure to senior executives, investors and portfolio company leadership. Responsibilities
Support the FL office. This will include direct support of our CEO when he is in office (under supervision of his Chief of Staff), as well as general administrative support for the team in FL. Calendar management, booking travel, scheduling, in-office meeting coordination, expense processing and may include light personal assistant work for one of the partners. This role will assist in travel and office coordination for NYC based employees who will be spending time in the FL office making sure desks or offices are set up and maintaining a calendar of who will be in office when. Requirements
5+ years experience in the administrative space (office management or reception will be considered). Experience in private equity/hedge funds/finance or consulting at a major firm a plus. Must be familiar with Microsoft suite generally (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter- this role may be supporting executives who are not in office day-to-day and must be able to independently work as well as support the team remotely. Should have excellent attention to detail. Candidate must be polished and professional. Candidate must maintain highest level of confidentiality. Seniority level
