Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and maintain the CEO's complex and fluid calendar, seamlessly integrating both high-stakes business commitments (investor meetings, board meetings, fund reviews) and essential personal appointments. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize effectively, and ensure optimal use of the CEO's time. Coordinate across multiple time zones with internal teams, investors, partners, and external stakeholders. Plan, book, and manage all aspects of complex domestic and international travel for the CEO (flights, ground transport, hotels, visas, itineraries), considering preferences, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness for both business and personal trips. Coordinate travel logistics for key investors visiting the firm or attending meetings/events with the CEO. Proactively handle travel disruptions and changes Monitor, prioritize, and draft responses to the CEO's email inbox with a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality. Compose, proofread, and edit emails, letters, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO. Screen phone calls, take accurate messages, and handle inquiries appropriately. Handle highly sensitive company, financial, fund and personal information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity at all times. Prepare and process expense reports Assist with special projects and presentations requested by the CEO Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably in private equity, real estate, venture capital, etc. Familiarity with the private equity industry and capital raising processes Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with high net worth individuals, investors, senior executives, etc. Superior organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple complex priorities in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. Proven ability to anticipate needs. Expert level proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.) Experience with complex calendar management tools, travel booking platforms (e.g. Concur). Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion. Excellent independent judgement and problem solving skills. Adaptable and flexible to adjust to changing priorities and the CEO's dynamic schedule. Willingness to work outside standard business hours to accommodate deadlines or time zones. SROA Offers:
