What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute IT integration strategies in collaboration with senior leadership Lead the planning and execution of IT integration across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources Serve as the main liaison between IT and other units, managing communications and stakeholder expectations Oversee risk management related to IT integration, ensuring data security and compliance Monitor and report on IT integration progress and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of IT-centric project and program management experience with a proven delivery track record Extensive experience managing vendors, project/program budgets, and reporting Prior experience with complex migrations, system enhancements, and mergers/acquisitions Ability to establish strong relationships with leadership and work collaboratively with virtual cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Professional certifications such as PMP and/or PgMP Background in process architecture and analysis, systematic problem solving, and business analysis Experience in organizational change management Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry
