Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex programs across multiple departments and teams to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget Create and maintain detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives Coordinate project activities across various systems, departments, and teams Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing applications or build new ones to support the Finance organization
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance or Risk Systems projects PMI/PMP or Scrum certification Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies Minimum of 10 years working with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, Workday, or SAP) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document findings and proposals clearly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing Risk, Compliance, or Audit applications Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Familiarity with ADO (Azure DevOps) Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices Ability to influence without direct management authority
