Key Responsibilities: Perform dimensional inspections using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to verify part accuracy. Read and analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with design specifications. Document inspection results and generate detailed reports outlining findings, deviations, and recommended corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and suggest process improvements. Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal quality control procedures. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in precision inspection, layout inspection, or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and interpreting GD&T. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Experience with CMM programming and operation is a plus. Must pass a background.
