We are honored to be recognized as a Best Place to Work in Southern California and listed as one of INC.s 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. Location: Serving our clients in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura counties (Hybrid) Role Description: You will be responsible for process design, gathering requirements, leading client workshops, creating a roadmap, prioritizing backlogs, and working with technical teams to materialize the product vision. In your position on the engagement, you will be setting the direction for the product and be a key point of contact for the client. As you develop your relationships, you will have the opportunity to grow our presence on the account and bring value to the client. Also, as a valued member of the company, we would invite you to contribute to the growth of the firm. Your participation could be on the account, practice areas, recruiting, mentoring, or internal initiatives. We look for our Senior Consultants to have several of the following: 2+ years performing in a business/system analyst 4+ years of total experience 2+ yrs with a premier consulting firm Experience on fast-paced, complex projects Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and user stories Able to translate business requirements for developers Clarify details and articulate acceptance criteria for testing purposes Participate in system requirements, design, construction, testing, and deployment Hands-on approach to client delivery and detail-oriented.
