As a
Piping/Plumbing Engineer I
in our
San Francisco
office for
Summer 2026 , you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and a greener future.
Responsibilities
Perform load calculations, determine system sizing and layouts, and calculate equipment sizes.
Select equipment, complete field surveys, and review equipment shop drawings.
As you gain project experience, lead piping/plumbing project teams, write specifications, participate in project meetings with clients and other consultants, and support construction-phase work.
Qualifications
BSME/BSAE from ABET-accredited school.
Minimum GPA of 2.5.
Non-academic internship.
Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations preferred.
EIT certification (Passed the FE exam) a plus.
Internship experience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred.
Skills & Attributes
Strong spoken and written communications skills.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Quick technical comprehension with client-outcome focus.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively individually and in teams.
