We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Administrative Associate

to provide essential support to the team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the efficiency of the organization.

Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Quickbooks or Salesforce preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail) professionally and promptly Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items Support office operations, including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors Assist with event planning, coordination, and logistics as needed Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and leadership Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred How You'll Spend Your Day:

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail) professionally and promptly Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items Support office operations, including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors Oversee efficient processing of donations and gifts, ensuring accurate records and timely donor information updates. Take ownership of the acknowledgment letter process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with donors. Craft personalized thank-you notes for the Executive Director and Senior Development Officer to express gratitude to key donors. Assist with event planning, coordination, and logistics as needed Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and leadership
