Job Description: Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for an Infrastructure Analyst to add to their growing team. Our client is seeking an individual to help in the creation & operation of a new manufacturing site using the latest high-tech equipment, advanced highly integrated and automated manufacturing and laboratory systems, and have a focus on minimizing the impact on our environment. As an Infrastructure Analyst, your main function is the implementation and troubleshooting support for our client's managed site infrastructure including but not limited to business and manufacturing workstations, peripherals, printers, telecom, and others. The role will support multiple business groups such as Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Technical Services/Manufacturing Science. The resource will also participate in ad-hoc site infrastructure projects and ensure enterprise and organizational cybersecurity practices are followed.
Responsibilities:
Perform technical requirements gathering and analysis of business and manufacturing IT managed workstation and infrastructure Perform technical requirements analysis of IT managed peripheral devices used at the facility - printers, barcode scanners, etc. Coordinate with other groups and vendors regarding requirements, operating system requirements, additional hardware requirements and costs Install and configure workstation hardware, peripherals, software, and any additional hardware and software. Provide qualified infrastructure platforms. Perform Cybersecurity assessments according to enterprise and organizational requirements Train end user(s) on the operations of new equipment, workstation software, networking, etc. Troubleshooting problems on platforms including specifically Citrix, VDI, Linux, MacOS, Windows OS, iGel technology and other workstation connected hardware as well as Telecom / Data Networking components. Consultant for questions regarding infrastructure, compatibility, backup, and configuration issues Provide strategy for immediate and future upgrades/patching of hardware and software applications Perform application and operating system upgrades for lab and automation systems Providing supporting documentation for validation and testing of upgrades Assist with validation of new and existing systems by providing technical design information to assure GMP data integrity
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field. 5+ years of experience in a related field. Preferred Requirements:
GMP knowledge and training Cybersecurity principles knowledge and training Strong problem identification and resolution skills Strong communication skills Customer focused Technical growth and application Teamwork/Interpersonal skills preferred Understanding of Manufacturing safety & quality Experience in Pharmaceutical GMP Manufacturing Experience supporting Process Automation systems infrastructure.
