Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance CSR Agent to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients.
Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. Develop and calculate suitable insurance plans tailored to clients' needs. Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Expand the company's business reach through effective networking techniques. Ensure compliance with all insurance standards and regulations. Monitor and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications/Requirements
Must hold a valid P&C License (Property and Casualty). Minimum of 1 year of experience in P&C insurance (required). Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields. Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset. Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.
