About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, ensuring that the people strategy is in line with the company's goals. This role involves overseeing the global HRBP organization and delivering high-impact solutions in areas such as talent, leadership, organizational design, and employee engagement. The VP will also be instrumental in fostering the company's culture and values on a global scale. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, leading and developing the HRBP team, and driving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a global, enterprise-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in leading HRBP teams, particularly in high-growth, science-driven organizations.

Candidates for the VP, HRBP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in biotech or pharma. The role requires expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and change management, as well as a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives. The VP will be expected to have exceptional communication, leadership presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
