About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations to lead the strategic development and implementation of compensation, benefits, and HR operations that align with and enhance the company's culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and administering a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates a growing employee population. This role requires a leader with a deep business orientation, experience in biopharma public company compensation issues, and a strong background in executive and broad-based compensation. The VP will work closely with the Chief People Officer, the executive team, and the Board of Director's Compensation Committee to ensure that all programs and processes are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and that they effectively support the company's values and objectives. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 14 years' of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR systems/applications, with a focus on the biopharma, pharma, or life sciences industry. The role demands a highly motivated and engaging individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to lead and elevate a team's impact. The VP will be expected to challenge the status quo, simplify processes, and drive the best outcomes for the business. Experience in leading HR projects, a track record of strong leadership, and a commitment to high moral standards and business ethics are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and a strong partner to the CPO and Compensation Committee Chair.
