Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Summary: The Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and supporting sales growth within an assigned territory. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities Enter and validate customer orders, handle phone calls and emails, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare quotes, process RMAs, and perform sales and quote follow-up activities. Run assigned reports and maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity data in company systems. Partner with Regional Manager to manage accounts and drive sales growth within the territory. Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend solutions based on requirements. Support ISO quality system, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor competitive landscape and effectively communicate company value and differentiators. Assist in training new employees as assigned by supervisor. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience. Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service or technical experience preferred.
