Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist . This role is responsible for supporting hourly bargaining unit employees, administering core HR functions, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties

• Administer employment office functions including leave tracking, reinstatements, and personnel records
• Deliver onboarding and orientation sessions for the hourly workforce
• Support lean manufacturing goals through aligned HR practices
• Promote and drive employee engagement initiatives at the plant level
• Assist with the administration and compliance of collective bargaining agreements
• Conduct workforce analysis and manage labor deployment within contractual and policy frameworks

Skills & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving

Desired

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with unionized environments and labor relations
• Experience interacting with all levels of management and union representatives
