Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of leasing and marketing at the property in collaboration with the Community Manager Set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy Lead the leasing team to achieve effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations Develop and implement resident retention programs Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; manage follow-up, documentation, and reporting Audit lease files for policy and procedure adherence Handle resident complaints and requests to maintain resident satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and budget Monitor leasing/renewal progress and provide additional support where needed Plan, prepare, and execute leasing and renewal events as approved by the Community Manager Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market surveys Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve occupancy goals Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff in alignment with company directives Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred or one years experience in the housing industry Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods, with occasional movement as required Regular movement including ascending/descending stairs and navigating site to complete tasks May be required to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs; work in various environments and weather conditions Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $25 per hour Our compensation decisions consider factors such as experience, certifications, and training. The offer includes a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance; 401K with employer matching; and potential bonuses.
