We are seeking a skilled Epicor Kinetic Developer to design, customize, and optimize ERP solutions. This position involves developing user interfaces with Application Studio, enhancing workflows through BPMs and Functions, building integrations via REST APIs, and creating advanced reporting solutions using SQL and C#. The individual in this role will collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to deliver solutions that support operations across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and related areas. Responsibilities

ERP Development: Customize and extend Epicor Kinetic using Application Studio, BAQs, BPMs, and Epicor Functions. Integrations: Build and manage connections with internal and third-party systems through REST services, APIs, and Service Connect. Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards, SSRS and Power BI reports, and complex queries to support decision-making. Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, working with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical challenges. Application Support: Provide troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for ERP issues. Configurator Development: Support Epicor Product Configurator for quoting, engineering, and production automation. System Maintenance: Oversee upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for the ERP environment. Documentation & Training: Prepare technical documentation and help train internal teams on custom solutions. Consultation: Partner with internal users or clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP functionality. Perform related tasks as needed. Required Skills & Knowledge

Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, SSRS, BAQs, BPMs, and Epicor customization tools. Hands-on expertise with Application Studio, Epicor Functions, and Configurator. Experience with relational databases, database performance tuning, and basic administration. Knowledge of integration frameworks such as Service Connect. Familiarity with cloud migrations, upgrades, and Epicor module add-ons (e.g., DocStar, ECC). Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. High level of adaptability, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills. Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered. 610 years of relevant ERP development experience (combination of education and work acceptable). 5+ years specifically working with Epicor ERP Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of ERP workflows in areas such as manufacturing, finance, operations, and supply chain is a plus. Details
