LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Office Manager for one of our long-time clients located in San Francisco, California. This position is in Downtown San Francisco (Near Montgomery Bart Station) and will be in-office every day. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of tenured experience in accounting and operational administrative management. The position will have a major impact on the organization working directly for the Chief Executive Officer, focusing on daily administrative duties and accounting responsibilities. Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, cash flow management, accounts payable, and payroll Coordinate preparation of tax returns and estimated tax payments working with the outside CPA firm Ensure the timely and accurate processing of property tax bills Coordinates travel for commercial flights, makes hotel reservations, organizes itineraries, screens phone calls and emails, and assists in preparation of written correspondence Assures care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies. Maintains inventory levels for office supplies, copy/fax machine, printers, and postage machine Manage special projects and conduct research as required Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is nice to have Strong experience in a small family office environment would be preferred Excellent experience in accounting and operations administration Ability to identify and resolve problems and discrepancies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel Intermediate/Advanced) Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Comfortable being hands-on and rolling up your sleeves and getting into the work Excellent time management skills, analytical, and meet deadlines Experience: 7 years of tenured experience (Office Manager, Operations Accountant, Full Charge Bookkeeper) Employment Type: Temp to Perm Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour Search managed by: Flynn Woodworth Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
