Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician
Large automotive manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC's, schematics and blueprints, as well as hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Replace or repair machine components such as cylinders, pumps, motors, spindles, valves, gears, switches, and bearings.
Essential Skills:
- 5 - 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in maintenance technician tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot robotic control software.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.
- Ability to draw a start/stop switch diagram.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Formal schooling is a plus
- Industrial manufacturing experience

Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $40.14 - $40.89/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
