Join us as we expand our operations and strive to be leaders in the market. Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be integral in managing daily HR functions, supporting our employees, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while also executing hands-on HR tasks across various functions, including employee relations, compliance, payroll, and talent management. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Oversee HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and optimal usage. Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Manage the complete recruiting process including posting job openings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. Create and enhance onboarding programs to help new employees successfully integrate into our company. Process payroll in collaboration with the HR Director, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues. Support performance management initiatives, including reviews, goal-setting, and career development discussions. Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of HR experience, with a solid foundation in HR principles and practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Good understanding of employment laws and regulations. Proactive problem-solving skills along with strong organizational and time-management abilities. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
