Human Resources Generalist
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting the implementation of HR initiatives throughout the organization. This position will be responsible for the onboarding and orientation, managing HCM administration, assisting with employee relations, and other culture and talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, the ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally across the organization and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide best-in-class service to our team members, serving as the first point of contact for any HR-related needs while maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: compensation, benefits and leave, employee relations, performance and talent management, recognition, safety, training and development Support the implementation of a new HCM and ensure accurate data entry across multiple software platforms and personnel files Help to develop and facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires Develop strong relationships with team members to better understand their aspirations and potential career path Support the development and implementation of new HR initiatives, such as Engagement surveys, Performance Management, and Talent Assessments Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative level HR support Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities as well as deal with ambiguity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification Advanced knowledge of MS Office Our Employee Value Proposition: Market competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid paternal leave and paid time off Work in a collaborative environment with passionate and innovative teammates Solve is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
