Key Duties And Responsibilities
The Grace Church Pocatello Admin Assistant will support the Grace Church Pocatello Director and other Pocatello volunteers with weekly administrative processes on Sunday mornings.
- Attend Sunday mornings at the Pocatello location, so you can engage in the life of the campus.
- Maintain weekly attendance reports and provide monthly Grace Church Pocatello tracker data.
- Create any registration forms, groups, and processes in CCB for new groups needed for the Pocatello Campus.
- Utilize the church database (CCB) to schedule serving teams, mail merge communications, registrations, and reports.
- Update the database and maintain groups in the church database (CCB) for Pocatello as needed.
- Assist with and/or create processes, procedures, and communications relating to the Pocatello Campus.
- Request needed marketing material, web updates, and event information via Live Request.
- Process child dedication, baptism, and membership information for the campus, utilizing the church-wide reporting and processing processes.
- Responsible for guest follow-up from Sunday mornings, contacting each guest on Monday via phone call, email, or text. Guest information comes online or in person through the Connect desk, First Impressions, or the Kids' ministry.
- Organize all new guests by adding them into the database system (CCB) and putting them into appropriate process queues for department follow-up.
- Set up Sunday slides for worship and announcements.
- Assist with other duties assigned.

- Education: A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of office-relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, data entry, and has familiarity with databases, organized, good with people, dependable, and flexible.
- Must live near Pocatello and attend Grace Church services.
- Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
- Commits to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20).
- Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations.
- Consistent attendance and participation in Grace Church and involvement in the life of the church.
