Geoff McDonald & Associates is a personal injury law firm with offices in Richmond and Virginia Beach. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing Manager and a strong interest in social media.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s presence online and offline.
• Elevate brand visibility through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, and public relations outreach.
• Partner with attorneys and staff to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and measure ROI.
• Oversee social media platforms, content creation, website management, and additional marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate client events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the firm’s expertise.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep marketing efforts fresh and innovative.
• Collaborate with Firm Leadership and the legal team to promote services effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, and content creation.
• Outstanding communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker who balances innovation with professionalism in marketing strategies.
• Experience managing client relationships and collaborating with external vendors or agencies.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and measurable success.
