Overview Geoff McDonald & Associates is a personal injury law firm with offices in Richmond and Virginia Beach. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing Manager and a strong interest in social media. What You’ll Do Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s presence online and offline. Elevate brand visibility through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, and public relations outreach. Partner with attorneys and staff to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and measure ROI. Oversee social media platforms, content creation, website management, and additional marketing initiatives. Coordinate client events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the firm’s expertise. Stay ahead of industry trends to keep marketing efforts fresh and innovative. Collaborate with Firm Leadership and the legal team to promote services effectively. What We’re Looking For Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, preferably in legal or professional services. Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, and content creation. Outstanding communication, project management, and organizational skills. Creative thinker who balances innovation with professionalism in marketing strategies.
