Overview

The Employee Services Generalist provides day-to-day support across a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, policy interpretation, and HR operations. This role partners with managers and employees to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices while promoting a positive workplace culture. The Generalist also supports recruitment and onboarding activities as needed, assists with investigations, and contributes to HR initiatives and process improvement projects that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications: Recruitment & onboarding (support role).
• Partner with the recruitment team with overall support and/or onboarding tasks as needed.
• Provide backup support during onboarding to ensure seamless new hire integration.
• HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to employee engagement and HR initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
• At the senior level: lead or co-lead HR projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation; coordinate stakeholders; mentor junior staff; collaborate with leadership on workforce strategies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00/yr.
