Position Title: Coordinator (Call Center)
Location: Houston, TX
Assignment Type: 3-month contract
Compensation: $21 / hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8-6 Friday 8-11:30
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Job Duties
- Answer a high volume of calls and emails through the Owner Relations Hotline
- Research customer records and resolve inquiries
- Process updates such as Tax IDs, banking information, W9s, and address changes
- Log customer activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support to Analysts and the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel; Salesforce and SAP PRA experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing responsibilities
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Work Environment
- Standard office setting, 100% onsite in Houston
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods
- Availability to answer calls during designated hotline hours
