Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing solutions and support over the phone. Your communication skills and ability to handle a variety of inquiries with professionalism will be essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, or account status
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Follow communication scripts and standard procedures
Meet performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset
