Knowledge Program At Baptist Health Louisville
Thank you for your interest in the Knowledge Program at Baptist Health Louisville. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm for the program and your interest in Baptist Health. It is important that you take the time to read the following information before applying: The Knowledge Program provides tuition dollars to healthcare students in order to assist them in obtaining a healthcare degree, followed by a commitment to join Baptist Health Louisville or Baptist Health La Grange upon graduation. Knowledge Program monies are "forgiven" as the student meets specific tenure milestones. The amount of funding provided depends on multiple factors including school, degree program, graduation date, career goals, and a demonstrated need for the funding. Current Baptist employees applying for this program must be in good standing with both performance and attendance to be considered. Generally, a one year work requirement for every $10,000 in Knowledge Program funding is required upon graduation. Students must be accepted or actively enrolled in an applicable degree program, prior to graduation in the field of study, in order to be eligible to apply for this program. Individuals taking prerequisite classes are generally not yet eligible. Additional application documents required: A brief Knowledge Program survey form that will be sent by e-mail once your official Baptist Health application is submitted. A transcript with your current GPA for current/past college students. An acceptance letter into your program. Two letters of recommendation preferably from an employer or clinical instructor. A one-page document outlining how you plan to use the dollars, and your career plans post-graduation, etc. Documents can be e-mailed to BHLOUHR@bhsi.com. Deadline for submission of your documents to be considered for the fall funding will be September 5, 2025. The next application period will be Spring 2026. If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
