Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on service needs

  • Update dispatch board and relay job details to technicians

  • Assist with order placement, warranty questions, and customer concerns

  • Maintain accurate customer records and service logs

  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely service

  • Participate in training and uphold safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a customer service or dispatcher position

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling tools is a plus

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Compensation: $18-21/hr.

  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire

  • Location: Carrollton, TX 75006

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
