Delivery Driver opportunity with NAPA

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. This role is for someone who enjoys being on the open road and serving customers outside of stores. A NAPA Delivery Driver is a great opportunity whether you are building a long-term career as a Driver, want to get your foot in the door to explore other careers at NAPA, or are seeking additional income.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picks up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory
• Maintain focus on safety while driving and delivering
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain the delivery truck according to safety checklists; ensure vehicle is clean and basic maintenance is performed (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for the shift and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to handle cash transactions and returns appropriately
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
