The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

As a Starbucks Barista, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food and Beverage Standards and all Starbucks’ brand standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, and cleaning.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control.
• Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment as directed.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
